Booking Details & House Rules
A 35% deposit is required to confirm a booking (payment via Venmo, PayPal or bank transfer to account in U.S. or Indonesia). This deposit is fully refundable up to 45 days before the booking begins.
The 65% remainder of the full booking cost is due 45 days before the arrival date. Payment can be made via Wise, PayPal or bank transfer to account in U.S. or Indonesia.
A damage deposit of $200 USD is due with the remaining payment 14 days before arrival to cover accidental damages. It will be returned in full or partially (depending on any damage or missing items) within 72 hours after checkout. It is also possible, if agreed upon ahead of time, to pay the deposit in cash (IDR or USD) upon check-in, and be refunded upon checkout.
One-time airport pickup (or pickup from Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur or Ubud) is included with your stay with one of our partner drivers.
Smoking is prohibited on the property and in the house.
Rates are for up to 7 guests. A baby cot or crib is available for infants and toddlers.
Owner is not liable for guests’ safety (including bodily harm, theft, etc.) in the house. Please be aware that the terrazzo floors are slippery, especially when wet! There are a lot of glass doors in the house, so please be careful. Please use plastic cups outside and in the pool, not glass.
Please keep the front gate and front door locked when not in the house.
Drinking water is provided in the water cooler, as are water bottles. We avoid single-use plastic as much as possible and use a recycling program, Eco-Bali, to collect glass, plastic, metal and paper/cardboard! We also compost all food scraps with Urban Compost. There are also canvas tote bags provided to use in lieu of plastic bags.
Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by maintaining reasonable noise levels, especially at night.
